LJ is annoying me since they aren't sending me comment notifications so I'm going to take yet another opportunity to trash them.

Basically they're after fanartist again.

This person here received a warning on art that was clearly labeled that everyone in the picture was 18.

And this person received a warning for a picture she had deleted a week earlier.

So lets see...

Friend's lock does crap to protect you.

Labeling does crap to protect you.

Aging up characters does crap to protect you.

And deleting does crap to protect you.

So how are we suppose to protect ourselves from getting ToS again? Because a lot of manga I read has underage kids as the main characters.

Yeah that's what it looks like. Since that comm is now locked down it has to be someone who is a member who's reporting them.

That's extremely lame, join a HP fan comm just to report anything found. I grow concerned though that other idiots would try the same thing with other fandom/comms.

Instead of wasting their time with fandom, they could be doing something about real pedophiles but that apparently isn't important enough for them.
