Ranty McRant

I hate it when people are posting something to a comm or forum and can't be bothered to read earlier posts.

Requesting a specific manga at [livejournal.com profile] free_manga? Try scrolling down and you'll find what you're looking for (lets not get into the fact it's right in the rules to check the tags before requesting anything).

Got something hilarious to post at [livejournal.com profile] stupid_free? Wow, I guess you completely missed the 300+ comment entry right before yours on the same thing.

Got some super special news that there are new pictures of the Tsubasa OVA? Sorry, you're a day late. What did you think people were talking about for the last page of the thread?

It's one thing if the same thing gets posted a few minutes apart (because then it's a case they started posting at the same time but one person took longer to type or longer to proof-read the post). But hours or even a day later? You just end up looking like an idiot.

Some posters on [livejournal.com profile] free_manga can be annoying, I have no idea how many times I've had to point out that X has been posted 50 billion times and that the links still work. Half the time they say they checked the tags but I go and check them and the links still work, makes me wonder if they only checked the first result that came up. >_>

lol, I saw that. I always check back a few pages to see if what I'm about to post has been said before to avoid looking stupid.

The people asking for X is the worst since it seems like they're always asking for it. It takes a few seconds to find a series through the tags.

Typos make my imagination go wild. XD

Communities that don't understand the wonders of tagging bother me more than obnoxious individual users, though.

I was apparently hungry when I posted, lol.

I hate it when comms don't use the tagging feature. One of the CLAMP comes where a lot of raws get posted to don't use it and it's crazy trying to find stuff if you didn't download it when it was originally posted.
