Dolls
In an attempt to gather some interest for Dolls. I present a mini-guide for the series! (yes, I am that lame). It's fairly short since only two volumes have been scanlated.
Plot - Crime is at an all time high so to combat the problem the Special Executions Police Force (Tokkei for short) is formed. The Tokkei are composed of 47 Brigades, each with three members; their job is to hunt down and kill criminals on the loose who have been sentenced to death.
Mikoshiba Shouta - Captain of the First Brigade. Little is known about his past except that he was involved in a fire as a child along with Hasui Tamao. Out of the three in his unit, he's the one most concerned with remaining human and not just becoming an emotionless killing-machine Doll. He is also the only one out of the three to alter his appearance outside of work by wearing glasses. When mad, he has a tendency to run off to the gun-range for practice.
Shikibu Seiju - Vice Captain of the First Brigade. His past is also virtually unknown except that he was an orphan as a child and for a time was unable to speak. Seiju is the most cheerful one of the group but he also has a darker side to him. He has been seen popping pills (what kind, is currently unknown) and he once almost killed a criminal who had not been put on trial. Outside of work he enjoys art and often visits a local art museum.
Toudou Usaki - A rookie fresh out of training and joins the First Brigade during the first chapter where he is quickly given the nickname 'Usagi'. Like the others, little is known about his past except that his parents are dead and he has a twin brother in a coma. Out of the three, Usaki is the most emotionless and is a sucker for the rules which now-and-then causes trouble in the group, although he has started to learn to lighten up.
Igarashi Sakyou - Head of the Intelligence Department and often hands out assignments. He often gets into fights with Shouta, which at times leads to the First Brigade getting annoying jobs but the two have also been seen working well together.
Kashiwabara Kenshin - Works for the Intelligence Department and is the First Unit Squad Leader. He's in charge of intelligence work when it comes to the First Brigade's missions and it's his duty to find the criminals they're after.
Hasui Tamao - A police inspector and Shouta's live-in boyfriend. Although he takes his police work very seriously, he's the complete opposite when he's at home with Shouta. Because the Tokkei are always getting in the way of his investigations and because he disagrees with their methods, he has a vile hate for them and it's his goal to crush them. Because of this, he is unaware of Shouta's real profession and thinks that 'Shou-chan' merely works some sort of desk job. He is simply called 'Tama' by Shouta.

A new Brigade gets introduced (lead by a hot chick who doesn't seem to like Shouta) and they along with Third Brigade and First Brigade have to work together for most of the volume to find the killers of this group (there's more to it than that but I don't know how much you want to be spoiled).
