I finally got around to reading the latest TRC chapter and reading the translation for the new Holic Drama CD.



First TRC: Gah! It was just so cute and sweet! CLAMP, why, why did you insist on turning such a happy family into angstville? It's so freakin' adorable seeing things like Syaoran interacting with Touya and Sakura again (reminds me so much of CCS). I kinda want to kill you though for not showing adult!Syaoran's face.

Second the Drama CD: I really enjoyed it. I always loved Yuuko's and Clow's interactions from the Mokona book and to get more interaction between the two makes me happy girl. I felt so bad for Yuuko at the end though. Soel and Larg were asleep and Clow dies, leaving her all alone, it's rather sad.

The current Tsubasa arc is Deeply Exploitive Death By Chibi Cuteness. Like the last Bleach arc. THE CUTE KEEPS DISTRACTING ME! And was that a wee!Watanuki with a "mommy, who are you talking to?" face at the end?

The cuteness is an evil ploy to distract us from the epic levels of angst they will unload on us at the end. It is to lure us into a sense of security so that the sheer WTF? will overpower us. Kinda like the first 15 vols of Tsubasa...
