Firefox 3 stop sucking so much

Last week I finally upgraded to Firefox 3 and things were fine... until last night when all of a sudden it no longer keeps me logged into sites. Every time I open Firefox now I have to log onto everything ('everything' being gmail, LJ and JF), it's such a pain in the ass and of course their website isn't helpful at all.

I wonder if I can go back to Firefox 2.

I have no clue what was wrong. I eventually just created a new Firefox profile and it now works fine.

I wonder what's going on. I don't remember this much trouble when FireFox 2 came out.

Well, if worst comes to worst, I think you can switch to Chrome. I downloaded it and it is indeed shiny. :3

Chrome looks pretty sweet. I'll keep that in mind in case Firefox starts acting up again.

Tell me about it... I'm not having that problem but I'm having other issues. Wondering about going back to v2 myself, or else trying out Safari.

I think there is a way to go back to FF2 but I'm not really sure how.
