Dolls is back being scanlated since it turns out it isn't licensed!

Yay! Yay! Yay!

Sucks that it's not licensed since I would really like a hard copy of this series but just having conformation that it's not licensed is exciting news instead of being in the dark, wondering what TokyoPop was doing!

Plus two new chapters are out! Yay! \o/

I really have no idea what Dols is beyond it obviously being a manga you like, but I have to say: Will Tokyopop ever stop having licensing issues? I mean, they had licensed/didn't have licensed Spiral for how many years? Not to mention that we won't get any more Kino no Tabi novbels because of an error in the licensing...

Yeah, I really don't know what is up with Tokyo Pop right now. They seem to be into a real mess which was why I was concerned when I heard that they licensed Dolls since they have a habit of licensing things and then doing nothing with it.

And they're losing some of their older licenses as well. Like with CLAMP, they're the ones who originally released Clover but now Clover is licensed by Dark Horse. I'm not sure why they allowed that to happen since a re-release of Clover could have made them a lot of money as CLAMP is such a huge name and the copies that were originally released are out of print (plus they were pretty crappy so a lot of fans would re-buy if it was re-done).
