More Tiger & Bunny Thoughts
I've been thinking a bit more about the last episode and previous ones.
Right before Kaede interfered, Maverick was talking Agnes about raising Hero TV ratings. I think his plan was to kill Barnaby on screen.
I think Barnaby is starting to become a liability to him. Back when Barnaby was dealing with Jake, he knew immediately that Ivan was disguised as Jake. Although Barnaby was angry, he was still able to think straight, and that's not happening this time. His mind is really screwed up right now. He's more vengeful now, over his maid's death, than he was over the deaths of his parents which he spent twenty years trying to solve. It makes it more difficult for Maverick to control him.
So yeah, even though Maverick spent twenty years moulding Barnaby into the perfect Hero, I think he was preparing to get rid of him. After all, what would raise the ratings more then having the King of Heroes tragically die while saving the lives of others? Throw things into chaos for a while by having the crime rate go up (since Maverick controls that too) and then, just as people start to lose hope, Dark/Cyborg "Barnaby" makes a triumphant return. Hero TV and "Barnaby" would be more popular than ever.
The other thing I'm questioning after the recent episode is Kaede's power. Her copied power gets overwritten every time she touches a different NEXT (ex, she lost Maverick's power after Keith touched her). What doesn't make sense to me is back in Episode 17, Kotetsu touched her head and then boarded the train. Then, without no one else touching her, Kaede used a levitation power, while running next to the train.
We know that Kaede copied Kotetsu's power when he touched her head since she's using the Hundred Power in the next episode and that had been the last time he touched her since when Kaede was handing Kotetsu the picture she drew, he only touched the paper. So my question is, how was she able to levitate when she should have had Kotetsu's Hundred Power?

Also the Barnaby being killed thing does make sense. Maverick has pretty much underestimated Kotetsu and the people around him and well that would make him become even more dangerous. I'm suspecting there's going to something big with the pin/something else to trigger Barnaby's memory involved just as Maverick tries to pull something.
