*tears hair out*

When there is a straight piece of road where the speed limit is 80 km (around 50 m/hr for you yankees) there should not be accidents that close the road for 2 1/2 hours especially when the part of the road that is closed is the only way to get to the only flower shop around to ya'know order flowers for a funeral on Thursday! Oh and according to the cops there the road is going to be closed for another hour. The flowers have to be ordered today and it's already 4pm with another hour to wait.

AGH!

Moving on now that the rant is over with...I've decided to write RS next, since it's almost done. I'll probably start it tonight since as of right now I don't feel like going to the chat (although I might pop in for a bit anyway). Everything is cool here, I just have a huge itch to write and the chat will only distract me. I'm a writing addict and I've wrote next to nothing in the past month and a half. Lets see if I remember how to do it (be prepared for a lot of errors wifey).

Don't do that.

Tearing your hair out isn't good, it'll fall out on it's own in time anyway, so why help it along? Anyway, about that road thing, yeah road closings are away of life in the USA. especially if you live anywhere near Chicago this time of year. As for speed limit your translation sounds about right, the signs on the side of it would say 50, but the speedometer of a car traveling on it would be reading 80 or higher, provided there aren't too many cops around. :-)

Hehe, I always drive faster than I'm suppose too. I always make sure there's at least one car on the road going faster than I am so that if there are cops about they'll go after him instead of me. ^^

*nods* I'm just happy that it's all over now. I miss talking to everyone (although I probably won't be around until after the funeral since I'm busy getting ready for it and for our Easter celebration this weekend) and writing.

It started to hate me last week. -_-

But it's still better than the Yahoo chat we were using at one time. ^^

Sorry to hear about your grandfather (I'm assuming- and sorry if it's someone else) Getting stuck like that isn't what you want to deal with on top of everything else! (Sounds like the 401 in Ontario- always hearing about it getting shut down for an accident!) Hope the writing goes well for ya!

Yup it was him.

Ahhh...the 401...a highway I know all too well. There's a long stretch between Windsor and Toronto that's really bad for accidents since there's nothing around and drivers become hypnotise by the road. During the winter you can also suddenly get bad storms along there without much warning, which is also always fun when driving along there. Toronto itself (both the 401 and the city) is also really bad since no one knows how to drive there.

Luckily we never got stuck on it because of an accident when I was a kid (or last Thursday when we went to a funeral in Tilbury for my husband's uncle- first time in a long time I'd been on it!)I can see how people can get hypnotised by that stretch!
