TRC spoilers

Still reading through the TRC spoilers (since I just got home).

My first thought:

Surprise, surprise, Ashura-ou isn't evil. We've only been trying to tell that to people since... well... ever since I joined the fandom at least.

The rest of the Fay stuff really didn't surprise me. One of the older theories was Fay was evil and not Ashura-ou. It got thrown out a long time ago by the fandom though since Fay really didn't seem like the type; it always kinda stayed in the back of my mind though.

ETA: Just saw the pictures; this is going to be such a cool chapter! XD

Son of ETA: I didn't mean that Fay is evil. I said in the original theory he was evil instead of Ashura-ou. Fay is not evil, he's just CLAMP's new bitch.

I don't think this whole curse deal makes Fai "evil", just very, very, very unfortunate.

I never got the Ashura-ou being evil thing either, there's just nothing to back it up... but for some reason people like making him this evil rapist bastard drug-dealer. Maybe this'll shut them up for a bit.

Oh I don't mean Fay is evil. The original theory that was thrown around said Fay was evil and not Ashura-ou. I agree, he's just really unfortunate; it's not like he wants to kill everyone who is stronger than him, he can't help it.

If there was anyone shocked to learn that Ashura-ou isn't evil, I'm glad s/he didn't say so anywhere I could hear it. It lets me think the fandom has learned. Unless the spoilers have changed since I looked at them, Fai's not evil either, though.
