Last July I wrote a entry about a car crashing into the town's Beer Store (you have to scroll down pass the pictures of Brandi). Working through the evening/night/early morning, the store was back open, everything looking normal, the next day.
Well last week we were passing through the town next to us when we decided to stop at Tim Hortons (it's a donut shop) for some hot chocolate. When we drive into the parking lot we see one of the windows boarded up and joke that someone must have driven through it. Turns out that did indeed happen. Today when we were passing by, they finally got around to fixing the window.
So in conclusion we have...
Beer store + many injured (including some being airlifted to Toronto) = open next day
Tim Hortons + ZERO injured = not fixed for an entire week
Canadians certainly have odd priorities (and bad drivers), lol.
