Be Beautiful mangas are illegal?

Apparently the BeBeautiful manga company has illegially been publishing (yaoi) manga from the Japanese company Libre and Libre is now encouraging English fans not to buy from BeBeautiful.
Wow, good thing I never got around to actually buying Viewfinder (I heard the translation by BeBeautiful is crummy anyway). And this is certainly making me feel a lot better about downloading. ^___^
BeBeautiful's list of manga is found here. The Viewfinder series and Golden Cain are two insanely popular BL series that a lot of yaoi fans have read.
